We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of all machinery and equipment in the sewing factory.

This role is responsible for ensuring minimal downtime, smooth production operations, and compliance with safety standards, while leading the maintenance team and optimizing equipment efficiency.

1. Equipment & Maintenance Management

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for sewing machines and production equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely repair to minimize production disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history

2. Mechanical Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in sewing machines and related equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify risks and prevent breakdowns
• Coordinate with external vendors or specialists for complex repairs when required

3. Spare Parts & Inventory Control

• Manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance tools
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in repair and production
• Control maintenance-related costs effectively

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance/mechanic team
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency
• Build a proactive and solution-oriented maintenance culture

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety standards and regulations
• Implement and enforce safety procedures in equipment handling and repair
