Chi Tiết Công Việc

Job Purpose: To perform the fabric/accessories ordering and supply fabric/accessories to production on time, in full quantity and good quality.
Job Description
Study BOM and actual samples to ensure full understanding about buyers’ requirements.
Follow up with MR to ensure the Buy file/tech pack/BOM are issued on time and accurately for timely ordering.
Ensure PO/Order Form to be issued within the buyer’s given lead time and all information in PO/Order Form correct and match each other.
Check and confirm PI.
Follow up with Supplier to ensure the delivery is on time and Shipping documents are provided on time and accurately.
Update T&A.
Follow up with Shipping/QA and Warehouse to ensure the goods are received in full, on time and of good quality.
Ensure the claims are processed with sense of urgency and be settled within the timeline.
Follow up the replenishment (if any).
Settle payment to the supplier.

University degree in trade, language, economics, import-export, garment, finance sector.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Purchase field.
Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, listening & writing).
Good at computer skills: Words – Excel – Presentation.
Organized, systematic, creative, proactive and result-oriented.
Prefer candidates living in Chuong My, Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan District.
