Job Summary: Assist with daily sales activities, including coordinating with GT account and processing sale orders.

Key Responsibilities:

After receiving requirements from customers, prepare and send accurate quotations.
Maintain and update customer records, sales contracts, and documentation as per guidelines.
Collect and compile sales data for weekly reports.
Organize and monitor schedules to meet deadlines.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, finance, and supply & demand departments.
Follow up on delivery status, stock availability, and invoice issuance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.

Final year student or fresh graduate.
Basic understanding of sales processes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and able to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
