Mô tả công việc:
1/ Procurement Administration and Operational Support
Assist in preparing and maintaining procurement documentation (PO, vendor records, filing)
Support data entry, tracking, and documentation accuracy
Assist vendor onboarding process (collecting business license, bank details, etc.)
Follow up on order status and delivery coordination
2/ Sourcing Support and Coordination
Support sourcing activities by collecting quotations and coordinating with suppliers
Assist in preparing RFQs, comparison sheets, and basic cost analysis
Support coordination with internal stakeholders for procurement requests
Assist in project-based procurement activities (e.g., store expansion) when required
Participate in vendor meetings or site visits for exposure when needed

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks
- Basic analytical thinking
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English (written & verbal)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Willingness to learn ERP systems is a plus
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to meet deadlines and support vendor coordination/site visits
