Chi Tiết Công Việc

Participate in assessing the feasibility of new business ideas and insurance product implementations.
Execute the rollout of new business idea, or new insurance products, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with BD and Product Proposition team to deliver project, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee the technical implementation of insurance products, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
Develop and manage technical solutions for both bundled and standalone insurance business models and adapt to new ideas as they arise.
Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and streamlining of premium administration activities.
Cultivate and manage productive partnerships with insurance company. Ensure high-end customer service, addressing queries as per stipulated TAT & SLA. Provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions.
Oversee day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Familiarity with IT systems and support processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive, deferential working relationships
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.
Knowledge of the VAS industry and market trends is a plus.
