Chi Tiết Công Việc

Preparing and reviewing internal procedures and policies.
Monitoring the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations, as well as internal procedures and policies.
Delivering compliance training to management and employees across other departments.
Managing and maintaining the company’s internal compliance documents and records.
Identifying, assessing, communicating, and mitigating compliance risks.
Providing compliance advice and guidance to other departments.
Supporting business decision-making from a compliance perspective.
Coordinating with state authorities and relevant internal departments on regulatory directives or requirements, as well as on the company’s responses to such directives or requirements.
Supporting senior compliance staff in preparing compliance operation agendas.
Coordinating with and supporting the operations of the company’s internal audit department.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Compliance.

University degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration;
Knowledge of compliance, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods
Ability to conduct independent research and analysis
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in compliance/legal/operations risk/audit work. Experience with banks or financial services companies will be a definite advantage.
A strong knowledge of audit techniques and Vietnam regulations.
Fluent in English communication
