In charge of container consolidation (consol) loading operations at the port.
Inspect cargo before and after warehouse intake according to customer and office requirements.
Promptly report any issues related to the shipment (such as additional costs, missing documents, etc.) to the department in charge or negotiate directly with customers when necessary.
Update cargo readiness and loading progress to the office team to ensure balanced container planning.
Handle shipping order exchange, vessel registration, and ensure all export procedures are completed according to the booking schedule.
Provide support to other departments as required.
Prepare tariffs, sailing schedules, and local charges; support Customer Service (CS) and follow up to increase the booking winning ratio.
Update LCL rates to the CS team.
Create and manage daily bookings.
Plan and coordinate cargo loading.
Update shipment details to CS and closely monitor cargo movement until it arrives safely at the destination..
