Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Perform color matching (visual and using CCM system).
Prepare and adjust dye recipes as guided by Superior.
Operate lab machines (spectrophotometer, dyeing machines, dispensing system).
Ensure lab dips are completed on time and meet quality requirements.
Follow all SOPs and safety rules in the laboratory.
Support tracking of lab work (WIP) and basic KPI data.
Work with production team to improve color consistency (lab to bulk).
Communicate with related teams (Sales, Production) for lab dip status.
Maintain 5S in the lab area.

Yêu cầu công việc:

College or University degree (Textile, Chemical or related field is a plus).
1-2 years experience in Color Lab or similar position.
Basic knowledge of color, dyes, and fabrics.
Experience with CCM / spectrophotometer is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
