Assist in mapping content to CEFR levels and Cambridge English Qualifications.
Develop lesson slides, worksheets, and activity packs based on established program templates.
Create practice videos and interactive materials using provided guidelines.
Proofread academic materials for spelling, grammar, and formatting consistency.
Support the coordination with teaching teams to gather classroom feedback.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or 6 months of internship/work experience in educational content creation.
Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of lesson flow and student engagement during the interview process.
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 Overall, with a high Reading score (7.5+) to ensure accuracy in proofreading and content mapping.
Recent graduate or final-year student majoring in English Language Teaching or a related field.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva; willingness to learn tools like CapCut, Kahoot, or Blooket.
Highly detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow structured guidelines and deadlines.
