Mô tả công việc:
- Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone screenings, arranging interviews, and assisting with onboarding and joining procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment activities, including updating and maintaining the candidate database and following up with applicants.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives across social media platforms to enhance the company’s employer presence.
- Assist in organizing internal events and HR activities when required.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience (HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields).
- Passionate about and career-oriented in the Human Resources field.
- Good English communication.
- Basic design and video editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
