Export - Warehouse Operation - Production Planning

This position is for any Fresh Graduate, who has interest in Purchasing / Logistics/ Planning/ Supply Chain/ Warehouse / Import and Export position

POSITION AND JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Export Support

• Making shipment plan for TV, MNT, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Vacumn Cleaner product (weekly, monthly).
• Prepare new business, new customers (master data, loading condition, export certificate …).
• Order management, Follow up shipments (booking, transportation, customs clearance, liquidation, and billing).
• Co-work with 3PL (third-party logistics) for make sure Customs procedure & shipping on time with BOD standard.
• Arrange shipping document (invoice, packing list, B/L …).
• KPI management (on time shipping, on time delivery), logistics cost optimizing

2. Warehouse Operation

• Factory out documents management [Delivery note, internal invoice....
• Follow up daily operation (TV/ Monitor production Line)
• Daily production plan, materials rework related to Main Line follow up
• Daily production result (OQC pass, Pending PO) update
• Controlling container stuffing: Scanning person, model, quantity.
• Export factory report
• F/G warehouse process innovation: Standard process
• Daily summary loading plan base on production plan follow up

3. Production Planning

• Analyze Material, Machine and Line capacity.

• Communicate with HQ GOC to update factory status and balance SOP base on line capa, material, working day

• Setting Daily Production Plan and share to all departments

• Manage the Master Data (BOM, Tact time, routing, Customer Data, Etc.).

• Follow up output to achieve daily plan and shipment status.

• Control and follow up shipment to target.

• Support Monthly Closing with Accounting P. (Accounting monthly closing)

• Intermediate English level for working
• Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Well- organized and responsibility.
