EHS Staff (Nhân Viên An Toàn Lao Động)

1. OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
   The EHS Staff is responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices across SEHC Warehouse sites and other assigned locations. This role ensures compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations, internal standards, and customer-specific safety requirements.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
   - Conduct daily safety walk-throughs at 2 – 3 warehouse sites, focusing on high-risk areas.

- Monitor PPE compliance and address non-conformities.

- Inspect emergency exits and fire extinguishers to ensure accessibility and visibility.

- Check warehouse safety status (spill kits, charging room, overall loading dock, infra structures, etc...)

- Record and report near miss incident or unsafe act and discuss with site managers.

- Follow up on corrective actions based on previous safety observations.

- Provide safety advice to vendors/clients (e.g. Deasang, GS25, KN ...)

- Coordinate with construction vendors to resolve infrastructure issues (structure, electricity, layout, etc...)

- Support on reviewing and issuing SafetyWork Permit.

- Report to EHS SEHC team.

- Attend weekly EHS meetings with SEHC.

- Review EHS Inspection checklist with site managers and ensure corrective actions are followed.

- Monitor PPE issuance and usage.

- Conduct EHS inspections at other sites in Ho Chi Minh to verify the completion of corrective actions.

- Support EHS SEHC audits and guide internal teams to meet regulatory requirements.

- Review risk assessments and legal compliance documentation.

- Organize safety training based on legal requirements.

- College or University degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of local EHS laws and regulations.

- Good communication and coordination skills, especially with field personnel.

- Risk assessment and incident reporting skills.

- Proficiency in MO (Words, Excel, PP)

- Certifications in EHS, First Aid, or Firefighting are plus.
