Mô tả công việc:
• Customer Orders receipt and Supply feasibility confirmation.
• Review FGs Production plan vs Shipment Plan and action taken accordingly.
• PM Ordering Management
• RM Ordering Management
• Book cargo space and perform booking optimization according to exporting plan.
• Ensure custom declaration process finished before containers arrive at port.
• Send out documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, C/O) to customers.
• Follows-up shipment status, identify incidents and resolve incidents.
• Monthly report
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Export custom clearance/ documentation experience is a must.
• Supply Planning skill
• Intermediate Excel skill
• 2 - 3 year experience in Supply chain field, esp. Planning or Export/ Import
• English communication Skills
