Mô tả công việc:

  • Must have good knowledge and experience in creating BOM for costing purpose.
  • Must be confident to create and lead a costing group.
  • Gather and analyze financial data.
  • Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs.
  • Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
  • Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g., investments, market growth, pricing changes)
  • Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
  • Estimate product costs for existing and new products.
  • Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor, and inventory.
  • Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or similar field
  • Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist or similar role
  • Experience in data, operational and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Experience in this type of job role – Minimum 3 years.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A business acumen
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent in writing and speaking using English.
  • Thorough understanding of production processes, management obligations
  • Using computer software (ERP, Windows, MS Office and etc.)
  • Can work under pressure and still work on multitasking.
  • Must be a mentor for your team.
  • Project management skills.
