Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Management of production administration team including training and daily supervision.
  • Management whole production planning process.
  • Follow up the manufacturing situation. Communication with customer about planning / delivery issues.
  • Tracking all incoming production information.
  • Organization of manufacturing logistic processes.
  • Responsibility of timely container loading process (finished goods).
  • Updating Cutting List with relevant information related to Production.
  • Creating and printing product labels.
  • Cooperation with sales and logistics department in term of receiving demand for manufacturing and providing the products ready time.
  • Cooperation with purchasing department to ensure the timely availability of the needed manufacturing materials and products.
  • Cooperation with designers in terms of technical information exchange.
  • Management of ERP production modules.
  • Preparation of the standard article data in ERP.
  • Creation of production BOMs and Routings in ERP.
  • Creation of the manufacturing Orders in ERP.
  • Support by improvement projects.
  • Building product groups for improvement of the planning process.
  • Creation of the standard operational time targets.
  • Creation and follow up production statistics.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • English knowledge (B2 level required, certificate not necessary).
  • Computer skills.
  • ERP and CAD experience preferred, but not a must.
  • Preferred working experience 2 – 5 years.
