Support research, identify, and reach out to potential clients in international markets via email and other online channels.
Support analyze client needs through indirect communication and suggest suitable products/services based on their requirements.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients to support market expansion efforts.
Take care of existing clients, monitor their usage journey, and explore upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and an excellent customer experience.

Graduated or currently in the third/ final year at universities majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, Commerce, or other related fields.
Strong English proficiency is preferred (especially reading and writing skills).
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and a professional work ethic.
Familiarity with office tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Dynamic, open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn.
Quick thinker with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.
Ambitious, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
