Chi Tiết Công Việc

Record daily accounting transactions (admin expenses, bank transactions, etc.).
Manage accounts payable and receivable; prepare payment documents and issue invoices.
Track and allocate costs such as payroll, operating expenses, and company assets (CCDC).
Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, PIT, contractor tax) and support annual tax finalization.
Coordinate payroll accounting and verify payroll data.
Monitor bank balances and prepare payment orders.
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Prepare internal reports such as cash flow and project reports.
Maintain accounting documents and support audits, tax inspections, or internal reviews when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 3 years working in an IT company.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Experience in payroll accounting and tax declarations (VAT, PIT, etc.).
Good English communication skills, especially in reading and writing.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
