Support warranty stations:
− Promote stations to quickly perform warranty cases
− Technical consulting for technicians
− Training in dialogue skills with customers and technical knowledge related to products
− Resolve station requests and complaints related to repair fees
Support Call Center:
− Advise on solutions to resolve warranty-related issues when requested by the Call Center
− Monitor the progress of warranty cases
Support spare part Dept:
− Monitor the number of components
− Training spare parts department staff
− Consulting on solutions to problems related to components
− Circuit board repair
Support Salesman, Key Account Store:
− Respond to requests and complaints from sales staff and customers
− Consulting business staff
Make technical report, propose spare part:
− Report technical issues related to the product
− Propose solutions for production-related errors.
− Propose HQ to provide components
Carry out warranty center warehouse management & the requests of the ASS Director:
− Evaluate, repair, and classify machine
− Manage the number of machines at the warranty warehouse

− Translating and drafting technical documents
− Consulting and compiling policies related to warranty
− Service monthly meeting

− University or college graduation in electricity: thermal engineering or electrical engineering/refrigeration
− Fluency in English or Chinese
− Knowledge of electrical engineering or automation would be an advantage
− Handy, careful, diligent, highly responsible, trouble-solving skills, and enthusiastic
− Work experience: at least 4 years in operating andrepairing equipment
− Prefer people who have experience with Air conditioners
