Product Trainer (Air Conditioner)

− Product Knowledge: Have Product and technology knowledge of AC/HAVC industry, know both selling point and product configuration (Efficiency, capacity, copper pipe……)
− Benchmark: Make professional benchmark (Including teardown competitors’ product and find advantage and disadvantage);
− Product Planning: Analyze competitors’ product, know the trade of AC industry and help AC product Operation team design product road map
− Training: Have training skills and knowledge, know how to train different group, such as Staff- sales team, PC; Customers- FSM, Technician, distributor and sub-dealers; Teach other trainers how to train for their region/ customers
− Training Material: Building and implementing a training material tracking system for staff and customers
− Training Plan: Planning and drafting monthly and quarterly training schedules
− Information Collection: ① Contacting relevant parties to receive product information ②Researching training courses in the market
− Others：Reporting and supporting other tasks as requested by Retail Director/Product Operation Director

− Education: College or Bachelor’s degree of BA/Marketing/Technical or related majors
− Prefer personal with experience in teamwork, team building, training, teaching or social activity related.
− At least 3 years of working experience in training and leading team.
− Having experience in training in consumer electronics/home appliance company with Air Conditioner products is a big plus.

− Proficient in English/Chinese language.
