Office facilities management. Coordinating with building facilities management personnel on office maintenance matters
Inventory update of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies (stationery, uniform, presents for employees...)
Administrative service vendors management
Administrative transportation arrangement and management (cars, taxi services, etc.)
Office expenses management and payment procedures execution
Travel support: airline tickets, hotel booking, transportation arrangements, etc.
Application for visas, work permits, and temporary residence for foreign laborers
Foreign experts' support in admin services (house rent, visa/ work permit, TRC, communication, etc.)
Translation and interpretation of meetings, documents
Supporting the company's events organization (teambuilding, YEP, birthday party...)
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the GM/ HRD
