Manage daily operations across warehouses to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer SLAs.
Monitor Vendor team workers daily activity such as GR/GI, picking, packing. Ensure full SOP adherence.
Manage and optimize manpower allocation based on activity volume and customer forecast
Collaborate with BD team to drive performance through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Prepare and present reports to managers on about warehouse performance, inventory status, productivity and etc.
Act as escalation point for operational issues, providing fast resolution and preventive solutions.
Analyze recurring challenges in operations and implement sustainable improvement plans.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Monitor risk areas such as labor shortages, equipment reliability, and vendor performance, and develop contingency plans.
Engage daily with client logistics team on operational performance, improvement initiatives, Joint task with Account manager
Build strong working relationships with vendor, ensure smooth collaboration day to day activity

Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics industry (3PL contract logistics or customer side) preferably in operation supervisor role.
Strong warehouse operation knowledge with problem solver mindset, with self-driven, highly persistent and motivated behavior. Experience with DG cargo is a strong plus.
Ability to lead team members, set up objectives and driving performance.
Good English communication skills is a strong plus
