MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Facilitate the production process by managing warehouse activities as well as receive and dispatch of materials.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Facilitation and documentation of the receive and dispatch of both raw materials and finished goods.
Warehouse management, including but not limited to continuous monitoring of the inventory level, supporting the stock-taking process and ensuring safe and orderly storage of materials and goods.
Support any other tasks as required.
Working Location: Lot F, Phu Chanh 1 IZ, Binh Duong Ward, HCMC.

Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
Previous work experience in chemical-related factory is preferable.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Good problem-solving and team coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
Behaviors & Attitudes: Attention to details and quick to react.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions with strong communication.
Self-motivated with a positive mindset and teamwork spirit.
Able to meet deadline and willingness to work overtime in case work requires.
