Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor

1. Prepare Goods Receipt Notes and post sales transactions into accounting system.

2. Take responsibility for stock movements, included missing items (if any)Mã số công việc:

3. To check and verify documents and update Track & Trace system.

4. To work within SOP’s standard

5. Report to Logistics Manager of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractor’s standards and services.

6. To feedback pre-claim details and status to customers.

7. To handle incident management and handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.

8. To handles customers statistics and reports ,KPI Management & taking over SAP system

9. To monitor and supervise the implementation goods receiving & goods issues.

10.Receive stock returned from customers (if approved) and offset account receivable, check all and file

1. Good report writing skills.

2. Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

3. Good PC skills & excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Good customer management and problem solving skills.

5. More than 3 years working experience in customs or customs related field.

6. Good understanding of the export processing enterprise/zone customs procedures.

7. Familiar with logistics procedure.

8. Experience working as a customs manager in multinational corporations would be an advantage.

9. Graduated from Customs College would be an advantage.

Other qualifications include:

• Bachelor Degree in any field.

• Interesting in Logistics industry, committed, willing to work overtime.

• Preferable with 3 years experience in Logistics SCM. Specially Warehousing & distribution management

• Stable working history.

• Smart, organize, careful, detail oriented.
