[Urgent] IT Senior Consultant (Costing & ERP Experience required)

S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Senior Consultant specializing in Costing and ERP solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' financial systems and ensuring optimal use of our SMARTBOOKS Accounting and Human Resource ERP Software. This position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of costing principles and ERP applications, aimed at supporting S&S's commitment to delivering exceptional consulting services.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Implement SMARTBOOKS ERP, Accounting, HR software of the Company;

• Consult and introduce the company's ERP, Accounting, and Payroll software, visit the client's office to install the software, and train the client on how to use it;

• Understand about ERP data flow and data from ERP to Accounting;

• Collaborate with clients to analyze their business needs and map requirements for ERP and costing solutions;

• Analyze the client’s costing methods, then cooperate with technical staff to customize the functions and reports on the software;

• Review and test the costing functions;

• Train the clients to use costing functions and adjust the formula (in excel and SQL) if needed;

• Support clients to use other accounting functions;

• Analyze the client’s other requirement, then cooperate with technical staff to customize the functions based on their business;

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of the system;

• Create detailed designs and write analysis and user guide documents;

• Collaborate with other departments (testing, system, etc.) to complete and implement projects;

• Report and perform tasks as required by the Manager;

• Support team members.

Qualifications and skills:

• Graduated from majors in IT, Finance and Accounting or a related field;

• Have a background in ERP, Accounting, and HR-Payroll;

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on ERP and costing;

• Accounting Knowledge: Have knowledge and understanding of the Vietnamese accounting system and accounting regime. Understand the production and business process including: production process, accounting rules, costing calculation methods, financial reporting process, production reports, ...

• Have knowledge about the data flow and data manipulation by SQL;

• Preferably have experience in implementing Accounting software such as FAST, BRAVO, MISA (plus points if you have experience in accounting software service companies);

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to users;

• Good communication in English; ability to read and understand English documents;

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
