Mô tả công việc:
- Assist the Director in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Prepare and organize contracts, agreements, and internal documents.
- Support basic legal and compliance paperwork related to company operations.
- Assist with accounting documents, invoices, expense records, and coordination with accountants.
- Communicate and coordinate with partners, clients, and external agencies when required.
- Conduct research and prepare simple reports.
- Support other operational tasks assigned by the Director.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Students or fresh graduates in Hospitality, Accounting, Law, Economic Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to learn and take ownership.
