Chi Tiết Công Việc

Assist in managing and organizing purchasing documentation and records in accordance with hotel standards.
Support the Purchasing Officer in obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and preparing purchase requests.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Help input and update prices, supplier details, and purchasing data into the MC system accurately.
Conduct basic market research to compare daily market prices and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Support the team in reviewing product alternatives with relevant departments to optimize quality and cost.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance and compiling monthly reports on pricing and delivery accuracy.
Maintain good communication and coordination with internal departments to meet their purchasing needs.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor and Procurement Manager.

Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics or related fields.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience in a professional working environment.
Training and guidance from the Finance/Purchasing team.
