Support candidate sourcing for Store Operations positions across various recruitment platforms (Facebook, job portals, etc.).
Contact and invite candidates for interviews via email, phone, Zalo, etc.
Participate in mass interview events; coordinate and schedule interview sessions.
Execute recruitment-related administrative tasks (e.g., verifying candidate profiles, following up to ensure complete document submission, and tracking the onboarding timeline).
Assist in implementing Employer Branding (EB) initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
