Mô tả công việc:

  • A. Customer Service & Service Coordination
  • Receive and classify customer inquiries via outlook/hotline/teams.
  • Follow up service tickets, warranty/maintenance requests, and update customers.
  • Support scheduling for service appointments and team activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant teams.
  • B. Administrative Support
  • Update customer records, service documents, and files in system.
  • Manage and organize documents (contracts, service forms, reports).
  • Assist in preparing reports when required.
  • C. Sales Support (Quotations & Tracking)
  • Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and pricing templates.
  • Send quotations and follow up with customers professionally.
  • Track quotation status and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist Sales with preparing proposals and contracts.
  • D. Others:
  • Other assignments as requested from direct superior

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow process workflows.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to develop professionally.
  • Friendly, supportive, and able to work well in a team.
  • Curious and ready to learn.
