• Leadership Experience
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience managing 5+ engineers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams through complex technical challenges.
• Technical Expertise
• Hands-on coding experience - actively contribute code alongside team members.
• Expert-level system design and architecture skills.
• Strong backend development foundation with modern frameworks and technologies.
• Solid understanding of client-side development (Frontend/Mobile).
• Deep knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices.
• Leadership & Business Skills
• Strong product mindset with user-centric thinking.
• Proven ability to lead projects through uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
