Technical System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering Systemization

o Review and standardize SOPs, maintenance instructions, and documentation control processes.

2. Maintenance Plan Monitoring

o Track and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities.

3. Performance Monitoring

o Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs):

Maintenance KPIs: OPL, EPL, MTBF, MTTR

Utility KPIs: Consumption metrics for electricity, water, wastewater, steam, and chemicals.

4. Operational Excellence (OE) Coordination

o Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives including:

Autonomous Maintenance (AM)

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

o Coordinate technician training and competency development (Competency Matrix & Training Plans).

5. QSHE Standards

o Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment standards.

6. Internal Audit Coordination

o Support audits and maintain compliance with standards such as FSSC22000, Halal, Kosher, and SMETA (SHE).

7. Reporting & Representation

o Represent the Engineering Department in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings (e.g., DOR, MOR).

8. Additional Support

o Assist with other engineering-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related fields).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance planning or technical system management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, TPM, and utility management.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
