Chi Tiết Công Việc

Prepare, create, and review project drawings, technical layouts, and design mock-ups.
Develop and recommend practical technical designs and equipment solutions.
Attend client meetings together with the sales team to present and discuss technical solutions.
Hands-on installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure.
Source and engage qualified M&E vendors, and coordinate project implementation where required.
Prepare, maintain, and organize technical documentation, project records, and filing systems.
Prepare and implement installation and maintenance plans for charging infrastructure.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues together with the team.
Actively support the technical team in executing daily technical activities.
Monitor and maintain technical stock levels and spare parts inventory.
Prepare equipment orders and procurement plans aligned with installation schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in M&E, MEP, construction or related field; At least 3 years operational experience.
Experience in M&E projects or EV charging infrastructure is highly preferred.
Proficient in design software such as CAD.
Willing to do mechanical & electrical works onsite (e.g. installation, maintenance).
Affinity to digital, IOT based devices.
Good problem-solving and communication skills, persistent, self-driven, accountable, responsive.
Good communication in Vietnamese, basic in English required.
Customer focus mindset and willing to travel across the country (~40%).
Structured & documented approach.
Have laptop, phone, means of transportation by motorbike / car.
Full time basis.
Working hours from Monday to Friday (and standby when required outside working hours).
Working in a dynamic and professional start-up environment based in HCMC (D2).
