Mô tả công việc:
- Coordinate with departments to receive recruitment requests and ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with business needs.
- Manage job postings across various channels (job portals, company website, social media) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with Department Heads.
- Support interview logistics and gather feedback from interviewers.
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle offer communication, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment records, employee documents, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports with data on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and related metrics.
- Assist with other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations.
- Solid understanding of technical training processes within a manufacturing setting is a strong advantage
