This position reports to the Supervisor of Supply Planning and is based out of our office in Ho Chi Minh City.
As the Supply Planner, you will have an opportunity to:
Key Responsibilities:
Place PO with suppliers and ensure confirmations on time.
Work with suppliers to monitor deliveries and resolve issues
Track and facilitate on time readiness
MOQ policy adherence tracking
Lead time management
Work with US demand planning to monitor and update ship modes to enable on time delivery
Maintain Pos-Ensure ship date/price & etc. are updated/correct in ERPs
Manage vendor production plan and capacity fulfillment
Consolidate global plans and share with vendors to verify if any potential risks or any action needs to take in advance
Working with CS/Sales team for drop shipment arrangement and confirmation
Monitoring monthly drop shipment status and reporting any potential risks
WIP tracking
Reporting: KPI/SRD/Open PO status
Support Vendor Portal Activities
Evaluating tooling need
Manage and resolving master carton labeling issues
Coordinate quality team for inspection and problem solving
Conduct a review of leftover liability exposure

University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management preferred, or related field.
At least 5 years relevant experience in PO Management
Advanced Microsoft Skills, familiar with SAP operations is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent time-management and prioritize tasks.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese is preferred.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Ability to travel internationally
