• Work Location: Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week) 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Position : Supply Chain Specialist

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning).
• Responsible for ensuring efficient material flow and optimizing overall supply chain costs.

• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock (avoid overstock/shortage).
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock accuracy and cycle count.
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

• Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Optimize transportation cost and delivery lead time.

• Collaborate with Sales/Production for demand forecasting.
• Align procurement plan with production schedule.
• Monitor supply-demand balance and propose action plans.

• Analyze supply chain costs and identify saving opportunities.
• Prepare SCM reports (inventory, purchasing, logistics KPIs).
• Support budgeting and cost tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SCM / Logistics (manufacturing or trading company preferred).
• Strong knowledge of import/export and local regulations (Vietnam).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory), ERP system experience preferred.
• English communication (fluently level).
