Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Evaluate, qualify, and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Conduct supplier audits (process audits, quality system audits, and product audits).
- Review and approve supplier documentation.
- Manage supplier quality issues, including non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, etc.
- Work closely with suppliers to drive continuous quality improvement and cost reduction.
- Support new supplier development and supplier onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or others as applicable).
- Prepare quality reports and present supplier performance reviews.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 1+ years of experience.
- Good at English (Chinese is preferred)
- Accept fresher with good English Communication
