Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in EU/EK for trending or in-demand products.
- Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
- Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+).
- Welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer support, e-commerce operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and Google Drive.
- Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions.
- Independent, proactive, and resilient team player with strong communication skills.
