Conduct social compliance audits of factories worldwide to assess compliance with local labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and/or the client’s supplier code of conduct.
Write comprehensive evaluation reports in English for each audit conducted in an accurate, detailed and timely manner
Represent the company with integrity, professionalism and skill when conducting social compliance audits around the world
Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit and maintain all audit findings confidentially
Be prepared to travel and plan trips with short notice according to company policy and requirements

Graduated University with environment major.
English is a must
Previous social compliance auditing experience, or environmental health and safety assessment or previous work experience in public speaking and/or managing conflict
Interest in international labor standards, human rights & environmental issues.
Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct
Honest, trustworthy and reliable
