Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

MAIN DUTIES

1. Prepare and process paperwork, create an Appendix to apply for C/O form EUR.1, C/O for goods to Switzerland, ...

2. Report and statistics on the quantity of import/export goods sent to the accounting department every month (import/export declaration, details of import/export goods, BOM of exported goods...)

3. Statistics of daily import/export goods

4. Store archive Import/Export Document (hard copies)

5. Tracking and reporting of import/export documents that have been added to the ECUS/VNACCS customs declaration software

6. Support everyone in the Department if needed

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Provide C/O form EUR.1, C/O to Switzerland within 3 days from the date the export shipment is cleared

2. Provide accurate data, accurately reflecting the reality of Import/Export activities for other departments

3. Efficient record keeping, retrieving information

4. Ensure 100% of documents are added to ECUS/VNACCS customs software

JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

1. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of Import and Export, especially in C/O document processing

2. Understand the import and export process, types of C/O (especially form EUR.1, CNXX,...) and C/O issuance regulations in Vietnam

3. Proficient use of ECUS/VNACCS customs declaration software

4. Good office computer skills

5. Careful, responsible for work
