Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage and execute daily social media content across owned channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Develop monthly content plans aligned with brand direction, commercial priorities, and campaign calendars.
Write captions and prepare clear content briefs for in-house designers or external vendors.
Ensure all social content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and approval processes.
Execute social media activities for key brand campaigns and seasonal moments (e.g. Tet, Back to School, Mega Sales).
Adapt social content based on market response and customer behavior during campaign periods.
Support commercial objectives by aligning social content with promotions, in-store activities, and key SKUs.
Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, video views, etc.) on a regular basis.
Identify content insights and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
Work with Digital teams to ensure social content supports paid media efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams such as Design, Digital, and Operations.
Coordinate with external vendors when needed (production, KOLs, platforms).
Support junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

College/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Background in Digital Marketing, Media is an advantage.
Relevant certifications or training in social media, content, or digital platforms are a plus.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, or omnichannel brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and TikTok.
Good sense of content trends and Vietnamese consumer insights.
Experience supporting commercial or retail-driven campaigns is a strong advantage.
Strong Vietnamese writing skills; English communication skills are a plus.
Good understanding of brand content development, including brand voice, tone of communication, and long-term content consistency.
Experience managing and adapting content to ensure alignment with brand positioning across multiple social platforms.
