Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
• In charge of a supervisor in the product development department
• Mechanical product design work (Wiring device, Switch gear)
• Study new concept (3D structure) with manufacturing feasibility consideration
• Estimate the cost of the new concept, consider investing in equipment(s)/machine (s) for mass production.
• Manage product development schedule
• Product specification settings
• Conduct cost reduction activities
• Train & guide subordinates
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Participant in other related activities within the company: 5S, training, safety, information security
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design or related field.
• Over 3 years of product development experience (Mechanical product)
• Knowledge about materials, injection/ Compression/ pressmanufacturing processes
• Strong 3D modelling & drawing skills (SolidWorks)
• Strong communication skills
• Language: English at business level, Japanese N2
• Good communication, passion, and hard work
• Strength analysis FEM (SolidWorks)
• Experience in development and knowledge of electrical contacts andterminals
• Experience in negotiation and specification matching with customers
• Experience in product evaluation
