The Senior HR Generalist is the key owner of core HR functions at the plant level, responsible for leading and executing a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, compensation &
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP) and data-driven HR reporting is a plus

2. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage Applicant and recruitment metrics.
• Represent the company at job fairs and external recruitment events.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Analyze exit interview data and propose retention strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, and social insurance reporting.
• Support personal income tax (PIT) compliance and reporting.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in annual salary surveys.
