Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assessing the credit worthiness of the SME borrowers, prepares and submits loan proposals to the higher level for decision-making, has to ensure the effectiveness of credit underwriting turn-around time.

• Prepare SME loan proposals submitted by RMs.
• Analyze the financial statements and creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Ensure the effectiveness of credit underwriting turn-around time.
• Identify borrowers’ business risks and propose corresponding mitigations.
• Interact with Commercial Team to solicit and verify the borrower's information.
• Propose credit decisions and negotiate with RMs accordingly.
• Liaise with the Management Credit in presenting a loan proposal and responding to queries or suggestions from them.
• File reports on the turnaround time of the loan process.
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor degree in banking/finance, business, economics, or other equivalent qualification.
• At least 8-10 years of working experience related to credit and/or financial analysis for SME in Vietnam.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding and knowledge of the microfinance and banking sectors.
• Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, and being result-oriented.
• Sound computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, the Internet, and email.
• Proficiency in English.
• High commitment with strong work ethics and integrity.
