Senior Chief Accountant (Accounting & Finance - FMCG - ERP - Fluent English) ~ 75 - 80M [28319 - Nha Be, HCM]

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with VAS, company policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare and review financial reports; analyze business performance and financial results.

2. Tax & Compliance

• Manage tax declarations and finalizations (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.).
• Monitor regulatory changes and liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and government agencies.
• Assess and control tax and financial risks.

3. Cash Flow & Inventory Control

• Manage cash flow, supplier payments, customer collections, and credit control.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, COGS, promotions, write-offs, and distributor incentive programs.

4. Audit, Reporting & Team Management

• Support internal/external audits and Group reporting requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team to meet business needs.

5. Budgeting & Business Support

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommend cost-control and performance improvement initiatives.

6. Other Duties

* Working time: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon - Fri and Sat morning

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• 10+ years of Accounting & Finance experience, including at least 7 years as Chief Accountant or equivalent managerial level.
• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Experience in FMCG, import, distribution, or retail industries.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above.
• Age: 40 - 45

Preferred

• Experience working with Big Four audit firms.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
