Act as the main point of contact for clients in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC campaigns, and social outreach projects.
Receive client briefs and understand their objectives, target audiences, and budgets to support the development of suitable solutions and execution plans.
Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, scopes of work, and other necessary materials for pitching and campaign execution.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Planning and Operations, as well as partners/influencers, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and with high quality.
Monitor campaign progress, manage deliverables, handle issues that arise, and provide regular updates to clients throughout the execution process.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, recommend optimization solutions, and support the maintenance and growth of client relationships.
Stay updated on influencer marketing, social media, and market trends to support the development of relevant solutions for clients.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

College or University degree, with at least 1 year of experience in account management, client service, or campaign management in agencies, media, advertising, digital, or related fields.
Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC campaigns, or social outreach services is preferred.
Ability to work directly with clients, receive briefs, coordinate with internal teams, and closely follow campaign execution.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, task management, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle situations flexibly.
Good understanding of social media, branded content collaboration, and influencer campaign execution models.
Knowledge of KOC e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and livestream campaigns is a plus.
An existing network with clients, agencies, creators, or influencers is an advantage.
