Senior Academic Specialist

• Serve as a technical liaison between product development and other departments/related stakeholders for product release, training, and assessment.
• Lead, coordinate, and finalize ongoing projects at local and regional levels.
• Evaluate and oversee academic product development efforts—including educational programs and EdTech solutions—using data-driven strategies to inform actions and recommendations.
• Enhance academic products and EdTech offerings through feedback analysis, competitor research, and corrective actions.
• Create new educational and EdTech products based on market demands, evolving pedagogical trends, and company strategies.
• Support test assessments, events, and research projects within EQuest.
• Ensure and submit high-quality deliverables under tight timelines.
• Design and refine content to meet the requirements and technical features of online learning platforms and digital products.

Our current product focus includes integrated programs for Vietnamese public schools and online platforms (e.g., US Common Core-based programs, English-integrated curricula) alongside a growing suite of EdTech products. Deliverables may include full curricula, textbooks, teacher resources, interactive short courses, assessment tools, educational technology solutions, enhancement systems, and other innovative products—covering both current and emerging educational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (graduation from a foreign university is a plus).
• English Proficiency: C1 or equivalent.
• 3+ years of teaching experience and 2+ years in educational content development/EdTech development or teacher training.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design, educational theories, and effective material creation—including EdTech tools and interactive content.
• Proven skills in creating, administering, and assessing engaging materials, academic writing, and editing.
• Intermediate knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques, technology integration, and online learning platforms.
