Mô tả công việc:
- Escorts and observes guests and Associates, to ensure their safety and protection; identifies potential safety hazard and report same to the appropriate individual for proper solution.
- Maintains a working knowledge of Palazzo Club’s facilities as well as special events on property in order to advise guests and fellow associates of same, whenever possible.
- Warns violators of rule infractions and apprehends or expels persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
- Detect and correct safety and/ or security problems that could endanger guests or Team Members.
- Comply with the confidential policy as it relates to release or disclosure of organizational information.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and cooperate with other Team Members in providing guest information, assistant and service.
- Other task as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Height from 1m75; healthy; no nearsighted & wear eye-glasses.
- Experience at least 01 year in the same position at hotel, resort, gaming club.
- English: Speak fairly.
- Age: From 22 to 35 year old.
