Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Follow the booking matrix and submit the booking to the Carrier; release the Sales orders to the shipper
  • Able to handle & manage all ocean export shipments from A-Z
  • Ask Debit Note and the invoice from the carrier for preparing the payment request
  • Send Debit Note to the client or agent, and follow up on the payment
  • Follow up with the accountant about the payment to the carrier to get the Sea Waybill, Master Bill of Lading
  • Update systems and follow KPI as per Customer’s Standard operating procedure.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight operations
  • Experience in handling US/EU shipments
  • Have good communication skills, good teamwork ability
  • IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training will be an advantage
  • Good thinking, eager to learn, proficient in office computer
  • Good spoken and written in English
  • Have a high sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure
  • Willing to work under pressure and independentl
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
