SALES ENGINEER (27928), Upto 35 Mil [Thủ Dầu Một - Bình Dương]

1. Search, develop, and maintain customers in relevant industries.
- Contact existing customers and identify new customers through company databases and available data sources
- Provide after-sales support, understand customer needs, and evaluate product/service quality for future orders.
2. Technical Consulting & Solutions
- Coordinate with the production department to provide technical consultation and propose effective solutions related to product issues
3. Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Work closely with production to evaluate customer needs and propose optimal product solutions.
4. Order Handling & Sales Process
- Receive orders, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on order progress.
5. Accounts Receivable Management
- Follow up on customer payments and collect outstanding debts
- Prepare and maintain a list of customers with due or overdue payments.
- Contact customers to remind and expedite payment
6. Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors and ad-hoc reports when required.

- Graduated from College/University in Economics, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in mechanical, technical, printing, or manufacturing industries
- Hands-on experience in technical sales, including:
+ Providing technical consultation to clients
+ Reading and checking technical drawings/designs
+ Preparing and issuing quotations for technical products
- Experience in related products such as:
+ Printing machinery
+ Molds (injection molds, cutting dies, etc.)
+ Other industrial/technical equipment
- Good communication in English (Upper-Intermediate)
- Proficient in computer skills and the ability to read technical drawings
