Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support supervising Store Managers across multiple locations
Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
Identify store improvement opportunities and implement enhancement initiatives
Prepare operational reports for HQ including performance metrics and improvement plans
Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and brand standards across all stores
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV)
Coach and develop Store Managers on leadership and operational excellence
Coordinate new store opening activities and staff training programs
Manage inventory accuracy and loss prevention across stores
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure service recovery
Support recruitment and onboarding of store-level management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in multi-store supervision
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail preferred
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to travel frequently (60-70% travel expected)
Strong report writing and presentation skills for HQ reporting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Vietnamese; basic English communication skills
Physically fit to conduct store walks and handle operational tasks
