Recruitment Consultant (Internship)

About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will work closely with our consulting team to support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and assessing candidates to assisting with client and market research. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive search and talent consulting, while developing your professional communication, analytical, and business acumen skills.

• Support in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).
• Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments of potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and consultants.
• Assist with market mapping, talent research, and client insights for different industries.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Prepare weekly reports and summaries for consultants and team leads.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English (reading & writing).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job platforms is a plus.
